carol.gimp.org gimp2 licenses

I imagine it is possible to use a gnu/linux powered computer and not think about licenses too much. It seems that if you hang around with people writing software, licensing becomes a subject. Images as well; where did you get that image from and what how would you like someone who is interested in using your image to handle it.

I don't know if I ever have enough stuff to justify a sub-directory here for licenses, but it is good enough for my first image licensing plugin: gipp.py, TheGIMP's alternative to the creative commons photoshop plug-in.
