Fixing the backgrounds in photographs is its own separate art. Sky is an interesting problem. Working with the clone tool alone was a problem as the sky is a gradient of color; not one solid color. This collection of tutorials are just a few of the ways I have dealt with fixing sky problems. The methods are probably best used in combinations with other photograph fixing/enhancement tutorials.
