Tucked in the gimp source tree is the Wilber Construction Kit. With this multi-layered xcf you can make a customized Wilber. I have made a few additional pieces for the kit.

Alterna-fez

I added a carmine colored fez to the official wilber construction kit (it should appear in the 2.3.3 release). I liked what I read about how there had been a monopoly on the color that the original fez were made in. At least back then, the monopoly was because of the location of the source of the color and not because of hidden information.

This faux leopard skin hat was made with one of the gimp textures. The tradition is that men wear a fez with a tassel and women wear a fez without a tassel. Wilma and Wilber just shrugged (or wore an expression on their faces as if they would have been shrugging if they had shoulders) and let me dress them traditionally in these new hats. No one says "Whatever" quite as well as Wilber and Wilma. (the alternative fez xcf)

Some eyes for Wilber when your code gets too obfiscuated even for him.

Wilber Van Gogh

A straw hat for Wilber; borrowed gear from a self-portrait. Good to wear while on the lazy river or wading in the water.

py-gimp parts

I made a mistake when I caused the beautification of the Gimp Python dialogs instead of causing the removal of the icon. While the icon is being removed from the dialogs, I made a few pythonesque pieces for Wilber here. The parrot is sleeping; just in case you were wondering.
