Emulating my hero: jimmac, I downloaded xvidcap and attempted to get a desk top capture of me using gimp. The first attempt gave me only 30 frames of sl running in an xterm window. 30 fun frames, however.

Since I have been imprisoned and forced to watch all form of animation, I cannot help but notice easily accomplished gimp effects being used here & there and in all sorts of places.

This is a collection of things I did to my 30 frame video grab of sl, some of them are simply cheesy things that were too cheesy to be done before. Some of them are cheesy effects that are being used all over the place. Only about six hours of playing with the gimp and gap, and it shows.
