DVD and a CD to be released soon?
I don't know the reason that I am enjoying the same shows that males ages 18-35 are. I never liked metal. I had only one boyfriend that liked it. I spent several of my years knowingly telling seventh grade boys that they would soon grow out of this stuff. And, I tried to understand what it was that my favorite dishwashing brothers liked so much about it.
My theory is that it is formula. That the music and the pace of the show follow that formula that I am really familar with. Also, it is simply funny. Perhaps the problem with the statistics is that just due to the subject matter, only males ages 18-35 will watch it. In fact, I did watch it the first few times because the animation was so beautiful.
The beautiful animation combined with well written content -- each eleven minute episode is really very very fun.
The voice of several of the band members is fishing with Reverend Putty.
I used the closed captioning to read the words to their song about the grocery store...I really want the whole thing. I would like some action figures as well. And a poster. Maybe one of those injurous cellphones....
